Participants:

Chris Allen, Jill Caverly and Mitchell Dehmer NorthStar

Participants:

Tom Silko, Gage State, Adam Ball, Tawni Hardwick and Nadia Glucksberg The call commenced at 11:00 A.M. eastern standard time. The NRC staff provided minor comments to the updated NorthStar Fish and Wildlife Services (FWS) report (ML25080A158) as well as suggested augmenting the proposed action description by either providing more detail about demolition activities or providing reference documents for the demolition activities. An example NRC transmittal letter was discussed and provided to NorthStar (ML24060A086). The NRC staff identified information from the example transmittal letter which should be included in NorthStar's submittal and the types of concurrence NorthStar should request. The IPaC Official Species List was discussed (ML25093A293). The staff committed to providing it after the call and stressed that it needed to be submitted to FWS with their final report. The staff also committed to providing contact information for FWS personnel to whom NorthStar could submit their report. Finally, the NRC staff stressed that NorthStar needed to submit their report no later than April 30 and reminded NorthStar that the final report submitted to FWS would be placed into the Agencywide Document Access and Managements System as a publicly available official agency record. The call concluded at approximately 11:45 A.M. eastern standard time.
