SENT VIA EMAIL Your nuclear liability Advance Premium indications and Engineering Rating Factors (ERFs) for 2025 are attached.
The first exhibit is the annual premium indication for your Facility Form policy(ies), Facility Worker Form certificate(s), Secondary Financial Protection certificate(s), and Supplier's and Transporter's policy, if applicable. Assuming there are no adverse claim developments between now and the end of this year, we intend to keep premiums "as is". However, as you know, your Facility Form premium(s) may change depending upon your new ERFs and any power uprates.
All premium indications reflect existing limits and include existing commissions or are net of commission.
The ERF exhibits include an ERF Fleet Change Analysis Summary and individual ERF charts for each operating unit. Chart 1 is a 5-year ERF trend which includes the unit's ERF for 2025. Chart 2 is a quartile ranking for both 2024 and 2025. The rankings for each of the nine subfactors show the percentage of the rest of the industry that performed better in each year than the unit under consideration. Chart 3 shows the percentage contribution that each subfactor contributes to the overall 2025 ERF. The contributions reflect the difference between the actual and best possible ERF of 0.80. Each ERF reflects the most recent data available that is complete and accurate. And as before, individual ERFs can range from a 20% credit to a 30% surcharge, relative to the industry average ERF of 1.00.
