Attachment to 000888 Page 1 of 1 Summary of Changes to Two Procedures that Implement the Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS)

1. Procedure EPP 06-002, TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER OPERATIONS, Rev. 46C Procedure EPP 06-002 has been revised. This procedure provides guidelines for the activation of the Technical Support Center (TSC), and the responsibilities and guidance for Emergency Response Organization (ERO) personnel assigned to the TSC. The changes are editorial in nature.

In section 3.2.1, correspondence number WM 06-009 was updated to WM 06-0009. In various sections and notes, WCNOC Network LAN was updated to Corporate network.

The contact number for public information was updated to 833-723-3800. Section 7.5.9.1 was updated to clarify when the Emergency Operations Facility (EOF) should be contacted to determine if the Health Physics Network (HPN) Communicator position has been filled. The section now states IF the Health Physics Network (HPN) Communicator is required to satisfy augmentation requirements, THEN CONTACT the EOF to determine if the HPN Communicator position has been filled.

These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Wolf Creek Radiological Emergency Response Plan.

2. Procedure EPP 06-021, TRAINING PROGRAMS, Rev. 16A Procedure EPP 06-021 has been revised. This procedure provides guidelines for developing and implementing the WCGS Radiological Emergency Response Plan Onsite Training Program. The changes are editorial in nature.

In steps 3.1.1 and 7.1.7.2, AP 27-0012 was updated to AP 27-012. Reference to AI 30E-017 was removed because AI 30E-017 was voided to a user guide. Step 5.2.7 was updated to align with the new Qualification Tool process by removing the wording related to AI 30E-017. Brackets were incorrectly used in step 7.1 and 7.1.3. They were updated to parentheses.

These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Wolf Creek Radiological Emergency Response Plan.
