Report of Changes to Big Rock Point ISFSI Security Plan, Revision 1 O In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 50 (10 CFR 50), Section 54, Conditions of licenses, paragraph (p)(2), (10 CFR 50.54(p)(2)), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI), is submitting on behalf of Holtec Palisades, LLC, Revision 10 to the Big Rock Point (BRP) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Security Plan. The Enclosure contains a description and the basis for each change included in Revision 10 to the ISFSI Security Plan. The BRP ISFSI security Plan, Revision 10, is provided as an Attachment to the Enclosure.
The changes made to the BRP ISFSI Security Plan were analyzed as required by 10 CFR 50.54(p )(2). The analysis concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the BRP ISFSI Security Plan. Accordingly, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
Information contained in the Enclosure and Attachment to this document has been classified as Safeguards Information (SGI). Therefore, HDI requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.22, Protection of Safeguards Information:
Specific Requirements.
