UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 March 24, 2025 Mr. Timothy Williamson Director of Regulatory & Public Affairs NOV Shepherd Power 10353 Richmond Ave.
Houston, TX 77042
Dear Mr. Williamson:
On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), we want to express our gratitude for your participation at the NRCs 37th Regulatory Information Conference (RIC), held March 11-13, 2025.
In line with the theme, Charting the next 50 Years, this years RIC united both in-person and virtual participants, delivering a program that achieved our goal of providing relevant and impactful information aligned with the agencys mission, both now and into the future. The conference offered an opportunity to connect participants from over 50 countries, and to highlight the global importance of our agencys integration of the ADVANCE Act into our mission.
We are particularly grateful to you for serving as a speaker during the Design to Assembly Line:
Understanding High-Volume Nuclear Reactor Licensing session. We were delighted to have you as part of our panel and appreciate the time and effort you put into preparing and delivering your remarks.
Your presentation brought a fresh and compelling perspective. By addressing critical topics with clarity and depth, you helped spark conversations that will no doubt continue well beyond the conference.
Participants were presented with a wealth of relevant, thought-provoking content, making it a challenge to choose which sessions to attend. In the coming weeks, video recordings of all sessions will be made publicly available for viewing at https://video.nrc.gov/. In addition, within the next 30 days, transcripts of the plenary sessions and the video recordings from the technical sessions will be publicly available on the Program Agenda page of the NRCs public RIC website. This will provide an excellent opportunity for all participants to revisit their favorite moments and catch up on any sessions they may have missed.
We hope you enjoyed the 2025 hybrid RIC and welcome your insights so we can continue to enhance future RIC programs. Please feel free to use the Contact Us link on the RIC website to share your insights and feedback pertaining to any of the sessions or to the overall conference in general. Once again, thank you for your contribution. It was a privilege to have you as part of our program, and we look forward to the possibility of welcoming you back for the NRCs 38th RIC, scheduled for March 10-12, 2026.
Sincerely, Jeremy Bowen Session Chair or Coordinator
