The purpose of this letter is to submit to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), SP-3605-0082, Continuous Monitoring Report (Part 1) for SP-3605-0043, Classified Distributed Control System (DCS) Information System Security Plan (ISSP), as Enclosure 1. contains Security-Related Information and ACO requests this enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 2.390(d)(l).
Additionally, this enclosure has been determined, in accordance with the guidance provided by U.S. Department of Energy to contain Export Controlled Information and must be protected from disclosure per the requirements of 10 CFR Part 810.
