Dear Tara Inverso and Laura Dudes:
The purpose of this letter is to submit to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the monthly Security Incident Log for Centrus Energy Corp. at Bethesda, Maryland; American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) in Piketon, Ohio; and ACO in Oak Ridge, Tennessee as Enclosures 1, 2, and 3 respectively.
In accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 95.57(b), facilities with an NRC-approved security program are required to notify the NRC of the monthly Security Incident Log entries made at the facility.
Information transmitted herewith contains CUI// SP-SRI Security-Related Information-Withhold Under 10 CFR 2.390 When separated from Enclosures, this letter is uncontrolled.
