Attached please find the completed U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Form 898 for the NRC staff topical report (TR) completeness determination for the Dominion Energy Services Inc. New Nuclear Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD). The QAPD TR was submitted with letter dated February 19, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25051A248). The NRC staff understands that a future revision of the QAPD TR will clarify its applicability to early site permits only.
This form outlines the determination, key milestone dates, and an estimate of review hours.
