Question Can you provide examples of records series/types that may qualify for the new 5TB permanent and unscheduled records inventory?
Examples include electronic program or project files, case files, or other permanent or unscheduled work products.
Essentially, you should check your records schedules and determine if any of the permanent series are created and maintained electronically and, if so, what is the volume?
For series where the records schedules are in the process of being updated, do we report under current or pro Report under your agencys current, approved authorities where you can identify and report a DAA number. We know this will change as a snapshot in time, but just report on what youre aware of for approved series.
What do we report for schedules that we still have that are not media neutral?
If your agency has schedules that are not media neutral, we would be interested in the volumes associated with the electronic records for this report, not the analog records. If your agency has transitioned to electronic but not yet rescheduled, we are interested in the electronic volume of the corresponding unscheduled records.

If you know the exact volumes, please list those. Otherwise, please provide your best estimate.
