SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2 - ONE-TIME EXEMPTION FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF 10 CFR 26.205(d)(7) (EPID L-2025-LLE-0007)
Dear Delson Erb:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted a one-time exemption from the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 26.205(d)(7) for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Unit 2, pursuant to 10 CFR 26.9. This action is in response to your request dated February 5, 2025, which requested the use of the less restrictive work hour limitations during the first 60 days on a unit outage in 10 CFR 26.205(d)(4) to support activities during the period of the proposed exemption commencing no earlier than March 24, 2025, and no later than May 15, 2025, for a period not to exceed 21 days.
A copy of the exemption is enclosed. The exemption has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
