TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RESPONSE TO
NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000128/2024201 AND DISPUTED NOTICE
OF VIOLATION
Dear Jere H Jenkins:
This letter acknowledges your February 25, 2025, correspondence (Agencywide Document and
Access Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25057A001) sent in response to
U.S. NRC Inspection Report 05000128/2024201 (ML25014A182) dated January 29, 2025. In
your letter, you dispute one notice of violation (NOV 05000128/2024201-01) associated with the
failure to perform audits within the frequency required by Technical Specifications. The NRC is
currently reviewing your basis for contesting the violation in accordance with Section 2.8 of the
Enforcement Manual. Accordingly, we will provide the results of our evaluation by written
response once the evaluation is completed.
