I am in the office today. Is it okay if I head home around noonish (lunch time) so that I am home before the branch meeting? Apparently Kamala Harris has a rally tonight in Philadelphia so some roads are already shut down. I am sure I will still g,et caught up in some traffic, but hope to beat the majority of it. Just let me know.

RE: Union Suggests Hatch Act Announcement - OSC Notice Regarding After the Election We learned that the day after the election, prohibitions about the paraphernalia you can have in your office are relaxed. So people can bring in pro Trump or pro Harris stuff and display it in their office. Campaign photos, memorabilia. I'm sure there are caveats.
Personally, I wish it weren't different - but whatever.

I FYI: The outgoing 0MB director under the Trump administration revised Circular A-11 on his last day and removed the entire performance management section. The administration felt that the section had significantly gone beyond what was required by law. I would assume this would be a starting point this time.
