HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (EPID L-2025-LLA-0037)
Dear Eric Carr:
By letter dated February 27, 2025, as supplemented by letters dated February 27, 2025, and March 2, 2025, you applied for an amendment to the Hope Creek Generating Station (Hope Creek) Operating License No. NPF-57. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to revise the allowed outage time for Hope Creek Technical Specification Action 3.8.1.1.b.3 from 14 days to 18 days, one-time, to allow time to complete repairs on the D emergency diesel generator. Subsequently, by letter dated March 4, 2025, you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
