PART I.B -- INFORMATION NOT LOCATED OR WITHHELD FROM DISCLOSURE We did not locate any agency records responsive to your request. Note: Agencies may treat three discrete categories of law enforcement and national security records as not subject to the FOIA ("exclusions"). See 5 U.S.C. 552(c). This is a standard notification given to all requesters; it should not be taken to mean that any excluded records do, or do not, exist.

The FOIA office received your FOIA request on September 6, 2024, and initially tasked the Digitization, Processing, and Records Branch (DPRB) in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to locate any requested records. After OCIO records staff identified the responsive Forms SF-135 (including list of files accepted for transfer), OCIO then coordinated with the offices whose records are covered by the Forms SF-135 to obtain their disclosure views. None of those offices had any objection to disclosure of the Forms SF-135 in their entirety; they are enclosed.
