EA-NRR-2025-0013, Order Modifying Licenses and Establishing Initial Final Safety Analysis Report Update Due Dates Consistent with the Non-Power Production or Utilization Facility License Renewal Rule On February 6, 2025, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the referenced order, EA-NR-2025-0013. This order modified certain Non-Power Utilization Facilities (NPUFs) licenses and established initial final safety analysis report update dues dates for certain NPUFs consistent with the NPUF Facility License Renewal Rule dated December 30, 2024. This response is to indicate that the Dow TRIG A Research Reactor consents to the order and does not request a hearing.
