NUSCALE POWER, LLC, SAFETY EVALUATIONS FOR NON-LOSS OF COOLANT ACCIDENT ANALYSIS METHODOLOGY AND EXTENDED PASSIVE COOLING AND REACTIVITY CONTROL METHODOLOGY TOPICAL REPORTS By separate letters dated January 5, 2023, NuScale Power, LLC (NuScale) submitted the following topical reports requesting U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review and approval in support of NuScales Standard Design Approval application for its US460 standard plant design:

Revision 4 of the Non-Loss-of-Coolant Accident Analysis Methodology, TR-0516-49416 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23005A304) 2.
Revision 0 of the Extended Passive Cooling and Reactivity Control Methodology, TR-124587 (ML23005A307)
Based on our review of these topical reports, the staff is providing the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) the ADAMS Accession Nos. for its safety evaluations (SE) without open items:

Revision 0 of the Extended Passive Cooling and Reactivity Control Methodology, TR-124587 (ML25051A242)1 These SEs are provided to support a meeting of the ACRS Subcommittee on March 4, 2025.
