Written communication as specified by 10 CFR 73.4 regarding changes to the University of Missouri-Columbia Research Reactor Physical Security Plan, without prior Commission approval pursuant to IO CFR 50.54(p)(2)
The enclosed envelope contains correspondence that has been classified as SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as per 10 CFR 73.2I(b)(l).
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390, we request that this correspondence be withheld from public disclosure. No person may have access to SAFEGUARDS lNFORMA TION unless the person has an established "need to know" for this information and is authorized per 10 CFR 73.21.
Please deliver the enclosed envelope, which contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION, to the addressee (Tom Eck) on the envelope. The envelope is clearly marked: "Attention: Tom Eck, Withhold from Public Disclosure Under 10 CFR 2.390."
