VIRGIL C. SUMMER NUCLEAR STATION (VCSNS) UNIT 1 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION BASES CHANGES UPDATED THROUGH JANUARY 2025 Serial No.25-038 VCS UC/HK/Rev 0 Docket No. 50-395 License No. NPF-12 The Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station (VCSNS) Unit 1 Technical Specifications (TS), section 6.8.4.i.4, requires that changes to the Bases implemented without prior NRC approval shall be provided to the NRC on a frequency consistent with 10 CFR 50.71(e). This update documents that there have been no changes to the Bases implemented without prior NRC approval since the last submittal dated December 12, 2023.
