CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9269, REVISION NO. 14, FOR THE MODEL NO. 650L PACKAGE
Dear Lori Podolak:
By application dated October 9, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML24285A181) QSA Global, Inc. requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9269, for the Model No. 650L package. In addition, a consolidated safety analysis report was submitted with this renewal. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has approved the requested renewal and consolidated application.
Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin. The staffs safety evaluation report is also enclosed. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR) Section 173.471 and 10 CFR 71.17.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The PDR is open by appointment.
