On January 31, 2025, via email sent to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Penn United Technologies, Inc.s export license application, XCOM1358, for the export of flow plates to Ukraine. Therefore, export license application, XCOM1358, is returned, and the NRC will no longer take any action related to this request. In accordance with 10 CFR 110.31(g), the NRC will retain documents related to this withdrawn application.
