On February 6, 2025, Applicants submitted a proposed schedule for the filing of new and amended contentions based on the draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the potential restart of the Palisades Nuclear Plant.1 Applicants indicate that Petitioning Organizations and the NRC Staff agree to the proposed schedule.2 We adopt the schedule as proposed.
