ASSIGNMENT OF PROJECT NUMBER FOR LAST ENERGY PREAPPLICATION ACTIVITIES RELATED TO NUCLEAR REACTOR LICENSING
Dear Mr. Crabb:
On February 6, 2025, Last Energy submitted a Regulatory Engagement Plan and requested a project number for preapplication activities related to new nuclear reactor licensing (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML25038A047).
On February 7, 2025, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) established this to be Project No.:99902140. Please include this number on all correspondence associated with this project.
The NRC staff will begin to charge fees in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 170, Fees for Facilities, Materials, Import and Export Licenses, and Other Regulatory Services Under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as Amended, for the licensing and review of this application and any preapplication activities.
