The current version of these documents is expected unless specified otherwise. The lead inspector can answer questions regarding specific information needs with licensee staff and may request additional documents.

Any new or revised NCS procedures since the last NCS inspection (including any revisions to: NCS-01 to -10, NCSE-02, -03, -07, and -11, QWIs 5.1.26, and 4.1.5, and EPR-01-03, and EPR-02-03) d.

List of new and revised NCS PAs, NCS Evaluations, Safety Concern Analyses, Technical Work Records, Justification Analyses, Safety Releases (since the last NCS inspection)

  • The inspectors will select a sample of documents for detailed review e.

List of NCS PAs and NCS TR implemented since the last NCS inspection.

Please provide NCS CSEs for SARs 15.19, 15.38, and15.40 g.

List of operators in 15.19, 15.38, and 15.40, the inspectors will select a sample to review records demonstrating completion of required NCS training and specific training material on criticality safety h.

Training material and procedures related to NCS support for emergency response, including re-entry, actions to terminate a criticality, and means of assessing/estimating dose from a criticality accident

b. Please provide a schedule for any change process meetings NCS is participating in, and schedule us to accompany whatever portions of change review walkdowns are being performed during the week of the inspection
