Appl. Dated 1/11/2023 10,200 kilograms (kgs) uranium, containing up to 450 kgs of U-235 This license authorizes the export of a cumulative total of 10,200 kilograms (kgs) of uranium (U), enriched up to 4.95 WGT% maximum, containing up to 450 kgs of U-235, in the form of uranium dioxide.
The shipment of Australian and Canadian-obligated material is authorized.
Neither this license nor any right under this license shall be assigned or otherwise transferred in violation of the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974.
This license is subject to the right of recapture or control by Section 108 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and to all the other provisions of said Acts, now or hereafter in effect and to all valid rules and regulations of the U.S.
