(U) Global Laser Enrichment Test Loop Revised ISA Summary per 10 CFR 70.72(d)(2)
REF: (1) License SNM-1097, Docket 70-1113 In accordance with 10 CFR 70.72(d)(2) Global Laser Enrichment LLC (GLE) submits an update to the Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) Summary for the GLE Test Loop. Note that the GLE Test Loop is operated under the Global Nuclear Fuel-Americas, LLC (GNF-A) license SNM-1097 (Ref. 1).
The GLE Test Loop ISA Summary, Rev.18 which contains Secret Restricted Data is being transmitted in accordance with 10 CFR 95.39, separately from the GNF-A SNM-1097 ISA Summary, Rev. 28, dated January 30, 2025, M250034.
ENG-DB-ISA-1000002 Rev. 1 The following attachments described below are included in the submittal:
- Attachment (1) contains a summary of all changes to the ISA records pursuant to 10 CFR 70.72(d)(2), and on-site documentation required by 10 CFR 70.62 (a)(2) for the Test Loop facility. The attachment contains Secret Restricted Data information.
- Attachment (2) contains the revised ISA Summary for the Test Loop Facility, Rev. 18. The attachment contains Secret Restricted Data.
