2 Joint Petitioners Notice of Corrected Reference Docket No.: 50-255-LA-3 Date: January 27, 2025 Introduction Joint Petitioners hereby provide notice to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB) and all parties that certain references to 10C.F.R. §50.82(b) in our recent filings are incorrect. The correct reference is 10C.F.R.
§50.51(b). This submittal clarifies that the proper regulatory citation should be §50.51(b) wherever §50.82(b) was previously cited in the submittals listed below.

- 2. Effect of Correction This correction does not alter the substance of our positions, arguments, or contentions. All arguments tied to the now-corrected reference (e.g.,
NRC Staff discussing how the ongoing license continues in effect beyond the expiration date for a permanently shut down facility) remain the same, except that they should properly refer to §50.51(b) instead of §50.82(b).
- 3. Conclusion By this notice, we respectfully request the ASLB and the parties to treat all prior references to §50.82(b) in our filings as references to §50.51(b). We appreciate the Boards and the parties understanding of this typographical and citation correction.
