The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations has closed the subject case regarding discrimination at Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).
The NRC determined there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that a former manager was retaliated against for engaging in protected activities. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
