UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ORDER Miami Waterkeeper has petitioned for review of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision, LBP-24-8, in which the Board dismissed its remaining contentions and terminated the proceeding.1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. 2.346(e), the time for the Commission to review the petition is hereby extended pending further order of the Commission.
