This is a Open meeting. Public participation is actively sought for this meeting to fully engage the public in a discussion of regulatory issues.
Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is provide an opportunity for stakeholders to engage with the NRC staff on the development of a white paper on alternative risk-informed, technology inclusive approaches to advanced reactor regulation. This paper will explore alternatives to the part 53 approach to licensing commercial nuclear plants. #ADVANCENRC
