This letter refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection oversight activities from January 1 to December 31, 2024, for TRISO-X in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Inspection Report Number 07007027/2024-006 was used as a mechanism to allow the NRC to document direct fee billable hours associated with routine communications that were conducted as part of the NRCs inspection oversight for TRISO-X. The specific cost activity code associated with this activity is FBFF-Routine Inspection Related Communications.
