RE: Re: General Matter, Inc - Letter of Intent Hi Ashby, The FFLB Project Manager (Joe Rudd) assigned to General Matter looked for your letter (again) early last week and did not find it. That said, Joe did start the actions to open the docket and place the emailed version of your letter of intent into ADAMS.
Feel free to reach out to Joe and he can start arranging whatever pre-application engagements you like.
Happy New Year!
-James

Hi Ashby, Thank you for sending a draft of your letter of intent (LOI)! Its apparent that you did your homework - nearly everything the NRC staff expected to see is included.
3 One thing to consider, when we talked I mentioned that the NRC will be opening a docket - there is some information needed to open a docket, which can be included in the LOI (perhaps within your proprietary enclosure) or the NRC staff can contact you after we receive the formal LOI.
Heres what the NRC staff needs to provide when opening a docket (Ive tried to populate as much as I could, might just need a street address and zip code - but please review to confirm):
