Grades 11 and 12 are based on a 1.7% across the board adjustment to the 2024 rate. Grades 13 and 14 are extrapolated from the Table No. 1 - General Grade Salary Schedule.
Employees paid from this schedule receive full locality adjustments for the appropriate locality pay area.
Refer to Table No. 9-A for nationwide locations where locality adjustments are less than 21.8% (21.5% above base pay plus 0.3% average locality percentage increase for 2025).
