Dear Michael Ravnitzky:
On September 28, 2024, you sent the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) a request for mandatory declassification review (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML24330A225) of the inventory located at:
https://www.governmentattic.org/docs/Older-Still-Classified-Docs_NRC_2007.pdf. We acknowledged receipt of your MDR on November 29, 2024 (ML24331A107).
We reviewed our classified electronic inventory for the Classified Document Inventory for the NRC with a date range of 1954 to 1976. Our search concluded that no documents fit that criterion during that date range belonging to the NRC. This document may have been destroyed per NUREG-0910, NRC Comprehensive Records Disposition Schedule.
This action concludes the NRCs mandatory declassification review of the subject document. In accordance with Executive Order 13526 and Title 32 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 2001, Classified National Security Information, if you feel that this assessment and review is incorrect, you have the right to an administrative appeal, which must be filed within 60 days of receipt of this letter.
