The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is renewing the charter for the Licensing Support Network Advisory Review Panel (LSNARP) in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The enclosed charter for this Committee updates the document previously filed by the NRC in December 2022 and extends the life of the Committee through December 2026 because, as stated in the Committee charter, the Committee is needed until the high-level waste proceeding terminates.
