By letter dated March 30,2023, (the Reference above), Ameren Missouri submitted to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the status of the decommissioning funding plans for the Callaway Plant (Callaway Energy Center) and the onsite Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (rsFSD.
Recently, the need to provide updated information not included in the March 30,2023, submittal was identified. This letter provides the updated information in the form of an updated/revised ISFSI decommissioning plan, which is provided as an attachment to this letter. The attached updated plan is based on a more recent funding status report provided by Ameren Missouri's contractor, TLG, in September 2023.
The failure to provide all of the needed updated information in Ameren Missouri's March 30,2023 submittal has been entered into Callaway Plant's corrective system.
