Who do I contact for Limited English Pro"ciency services or support?
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is dedicated to improving access to agency programs and activities by persons with Limited English Pro"ciency (LEP) by ensuring that persons with LEP can meaningfully access and understand information about NRC-conducted programs and activities, including public meetings. LEP will only be provided for in-person attendees at the RIC or those who will be participating virtually from a location within the United States or its territories. If you need interpretation services to participate in the RIC, please indicate yes in the Limited English Pro"ciency section of the registration form, select your language from the dropdown list and someone will contact you to discuss your request using the contact information provided on your registration form. Also, please indicate on the registration form, in the Participation Con"rmation section, if you will be participating in-person, virtually, or both from a location within the United States or its territories or not.
If you cant complete registration in English, please contact LEPResources@nrc.gov. Your request will be considered once you have completed the registration process.
Two-weeks advance notice is requested to ensure arrangements are in place to support the requested services. Every effort will be made to address any limited English pro"ciency requests received with less notice. Attendees should have a smart device available to them to be able to fully participate in the conference.
