GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy is required to submit a written response to the NRC Notice of Violation (Reference 4) by January 11, 2025.
Given the nature of the violations and the resources necessary to provide a comprehensive response while simultaneously transferring the licenses, GEH requests a 30 day extension of the response time to February 10, 2025.
