This letter is in response to the Mirion Technologies requests dated September 26, 2024, and January 10, 2025, to inactivate Sealed Source and Device Registration Certificate, NR-1147-D-101-S and to reflect the correct name of the company on Registration Certificate, NR-1147-D-102-S. Copies of the inactive registration, NR-1147-D-801-S, and active registration, NR-1147-D-102-S, are enclosed.
Please read over the registration certificate in its entirety and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
