Revised form 898 Fuel Storage Rack TR.pdf Attached please find the revised NRC Form 898 for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff Licensing Topical Report (LTR) Completeness Determination for NuScale Power, LLC Topical Report TR-145417, "NuScale US460 Fuel Storage Rack Design Topical Report, Revision 0. The LTR was submitted by letter dated October 9th, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Nos. ML23283A337 [proprietary] and ML23283A336 [nonproprietary]).
The date for issuing RAIs has been revised to 1/24/2025. The date for issuing the draft SE remains 5/27/2025. The staffs evaluation of the resource needs and estimates for the LTR review has not changed and will require approximately 1,800 staff hours and $110,000 for contractor support. This resource estimate was discussed with your staff, Kris Cummings, on December 8th, 2023.
