[Question 5.5-1] Section 5.5.1, Bias Application, mentions that certain Flibe properties, including surface tension, are specified for salt spill events. Please describe how surface tension is used in the salt spill analysis and whether it has a significant impact on radionuclide release (e.g., via bubble formation and popping).
