OEPA, and OEMA,
For review only by staff of the State of Ohio, attached is a password-protected file containing a draft Federal Register notice that includes the NRCs EA assessing the potential environmental impacts of the proposed amendment of American Centrifuge Operatings license SNM-2011 to allow the continuation of HALEU operations until June 30, 2025. Please review the draft EA and provide any
comments by November 27.
