Attached is a password-protected file containing a draft Federal Register notice that includes the NRCs EA assessing the potential environmental impacts of the proposed amendment of American Centrifuge Operatings license SNM-2011 to allow the continuation of HALEU operations until June 30, 2025. Please submit any comments you may have by November 27.The draft EA is not publicly available, is limited for use by the staff of the EPA Region V, and should not be disclosed without prior NRC permission. The attached document will require a password to open. I will send you a separate email with the password.
