Transmittal of Responses to NRC CD-ROM with GIS Shape Files in Responses TEC0-3, TEC0-4, and RAl-2 (SUNSI)
TerraPower, LLC (TerraPower) on behalf of US SFR Owner, LLC (USO), submits this letter with enclosures to provide responses to NRC's Request for Supplemental Information for Kemmerer Unit 1 Environmental Report Batch#1, Batch #2, and Batch #3 Information Needs and Requests for Additional Information (RAI) (ML24311A168). The document requests TECO-3, TECO-4, and RAl-2 include GIS shapefiles that are provided on the enclosed CD-ROM. includes sensitive unclassified nonsafeguards information (SUNSI) related to historical artifacts and should be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(3).
The U.S. Code Title 16, Conservation, Section 470hh, Confidentiality of Information concerning the nature and location of archeological resources, and the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, Section 106, as amended, require that these historically significant locations not be publicly disclosed.
This letter and enclosures make no new or revised regulatory commitments.
