[External_Sender] RE: RE: Fermi Level I finding corrective action plan

Hi Cindy,

BLUF: The Level 1 finding was successfully resolved at the Monroe County, Michigan Emergency Operations Center (EOC).

On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, the Fermi 2 remedial exercise, took place. As you know, a Level 1 Finding was assessed against Monroe County during the Fermi 2 Biennial REP Exercise that occurred on August 27, 2024, for failure to meet Capability Target 3.2. During the December 3rd remedial drill, Monroe County EOC personnel redemonstrated Capability Target 3.2 and successfully alerted and notified the public in a timely manner, thus resolving the Level 1 Finding.

The results and findings of the remedial action will be documented in the Final After/Action Report and Improvement Plan and the Biennial Preparedness Report.

Please let us know if you have any questions on this.

Thank you,

Craig Craig J. Fiore
