RBS USAR Revision 27 16.1-2 16.1 - TSTF based Commitments The following are commitments required by amendments based upon standards TSTFs.

NUMARC 93-01 Section 11, which provides guidance and details on the assessment and management of risk during maintenance.
Entergy has previously committed to this guidance as included in the application for TSTF-427 and approved by the NRC in Amendment 173, therefore, no new commitment is required.
Entergy will follow the guidance established in TSTF-IG-05-02 Implementation Guidance for TSTF-423, Revision 2, Technical Specification End States, NEDC-32988-A.
16.2 - System Mission Times System mission times are contained in Design Criteria 245.600, Operability Time for Class 1E Equipment.
