Dear Dir. Warden:
Enclosed is an application accepted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on November 01, 2024, from ISOFLEX Radioactive LLC, requesting amendment No. 03 to its export license PXB215b.02-R. This license presently authorizes the export of Category 2 quantities of Iridium-192, Selenium-75, and Ytterbium-169, for industrial radiography used to licensed distributors and end users.
The purpose of the amendment is to extend the date of expiration from November 30, 2024, to November 30, 2034.
The NRC will perform an internal review. The NRC intends to issue the requested license after the 30-day time period allotted for public review has expired, and it is determined that the applicable export license criteria are met.
