Purpose:
The purpose of this pre-submittal meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is to discuss a proposed license amendment request for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, to adopt Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF-505-A, Revision 2, "Provide Risk-Informed Extended Completion Times - RITSTF Initiative 4b," and Traveler TSTF-439-A, "Eliminate Second Completion Times Limiting Time From Discovery of Failure To Meet an LCO [limiting condition for operation]."
