In Reference 1, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided Enrichment Technology Company - United States (ECT USA), Interim Authority To Operate (IATO) its classified Centrifuge Assembly Building (CAB) systems.
In accordance with General Condition (b) of Reference 1, ETC USA is providing the AO and CISO the November 2024 monthly update for the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) for classified CAB systems.
The enclosure contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
