FOIA Request of Deborah Porder dated May 11, 2024 Please provide me with an unredacted copy of the Membership Interest Purchase and Sale Agreement dated as of April 15, 2019, by and among Nuclear Asset Management Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Holtec International, a Delaware corporation, Entergy Nuclear Indian Point 2, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Entergy Nuclear Indian Point 3, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Alternatively, please provide me with a copy of said Agreement with the provisions related to the decommissioning trust funds unredacted. Said Agreement involved the sale of the Membership interests in companies that owned the Indian Point nuclear reactors located in New York State.
I am willing to pay for a hard copy, but I would prefer a searchable pdf.
