Dear Ms. Russell:
On November 8, 2024, via email sent to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Technetics Group-Columbias export license application, XCOM1368, for the export of 15 sets of reactor pressure vessel seals consisting of O-rings, screws and clips to the Laguna Verde Nuclear Power Plant in Veracruz, Mexico. Therefore, export license application, XCOM1368, is returned without action, and the NRC will no longer take any action related to this request. In accordance with 10 CFR 110.31(g), the NRC will retain documents related to this withdrawn application.
